This project involved the renovation of six one-bedroom units. The project aim was to cost-effectively update and modernise the units without overcapitalising for the area.
Pellegrino Services’ trusted trades repainted throughout and installed a modern new kitchen and bathroom suite in each unit. The exterior façade of the units was rendered, and basic landscaping was undertaken. The units are ideally located within walking distance of the beach and as a result of the renovation, the weekly rental value of the units almost doubled.
