This project is the third development that this client has undertaken with us. The project brief was to demolish the existing home on a large plot of land to make way for multiple beachfront dwellings.  Pellegrino Services came up with concepts, costings and designs for the client to build 3 luxury beachfront properties.

Two of the homes are currently rented out and the other was sold and now operates as an Airbnb.
