Project Type – Concepts, design, planning, demolition and construction of multiple dwellings, including subdivision

Stakeholder – Property Investor This project utilises a large block consiting of 3 units and seeks to demolish existing homes in order to build twelve, four storey properties each with a rooftop garden and double garages. No subdivision is necessary as the homes will have a community title.  Pellegrino Services has completed all costings and designs and the project is awaiting planning approval prior to construction.  The investor intends to sell the properties off plan.
